We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and using this service does not create an attorney-client relationship.

2. Accuracy of your information

The documents we generate are only as accurate as the answers you provide and the state-law information in our system at the time of generation. You are responsible for reviewing every document before use and for verifying that it's appropriate for your situation — if you have a specific legal question, consult a licensed attorney in your state.

3. Payment

Every purchase is a one-time payment for the document or bundle you select — we do not run subscriptions, and we do not auto-renew or auto-charge you. Prices are shown before checkout and processed securely through Stripe. See our Refund Policy for money-back terms.

4. Your use of the documents

Once purchased, a document is yours to use for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage our document templates or generation service to third parties.

The watermarked preview shown before payment is provided solely so you can review a document before buying it. You may not reproduce, copy, transcribe, or use the preview — including by feeding it to another tool or service to reconstruct an unwatermarked version — as a substitute for purchasing the document. Doing so is a breach of these terms.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that a generated document will be legally sufficient for your specific situation, will comply with local ordinances beyond state law, or will be free of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the document giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
