Information we collect

When you use the wizard, we collect the email address and document answers you provide (property details, party names, dates, financial terms) in order to generate your document and deliver it to you. We also collect basic analytics — pages visited, UTM campaign parameters, and wizard funnel events — to understand how people use the site.

How we use it

• To generate and deliver the document(s) you purchase
• To process payment and send order confirmations
• To respond if you contact us for support
• To understand and improve the wizard experience, in aggregate

Third parties

Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. Email delivery is handled by Resend. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Data retention

We retain order records (including the answers used to generate your document) so you can re-download or, for Complete Landlord Pack purchases, re-edit within your 12-month window. You can request deletion of your data at any time — see Contact below.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or request that we delete it, by emailing support@leasebystate.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children's privacy

This service is intended for adults conducting landlord/rental business and is not directed at children.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
