Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with your document within 30 days of purchase, email support@leasebystate.com and we'll refund you in full.

That's the whole policy. No forms, no phone tree, no "tell us why you're leaving" survey. We ask that you let us know what didn't work — not as a condition of the refund, just because it helps us fix it.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. We reserve the right to decline a refund request that we determine, in good faith, to be fraudulent or abusive (e.g. repeated purchase-and- refund cycles).

This policy applies to both single-document and Complete Landlord Pack purchases. It does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
